| Deposits
A
$1500 ($2000 for combo hunts) per person NON-REFUNDABLE
deposit
is required with your reservation. A reservation is
not considered firm until the deposit is received by
Webber's Lodges. Reservations without deposits
are subject to current price changes and may be cancelled
at any time.
Final Payment
Final payments are due 90 days prior to your trip start date. Full payment must accompany any reservation made less than 90 days to trip start date.
Deposits and Payments
We
accept Visa, MasterCard or personal cheques for all
deposits and cheques only for final payment. Please
make cheques payable to Webber's Lodges.
Lodge Purchases
All puchases at Dymond Lake Lodge or mini lodges are in U.S. funds or equivalent. All transactions must be traveler's checks, cash, Visa or MasterCard.
Conditions
Single Occupancy:
All rates quoted are per person based on double
occupancy. Add $300 a day for single
occupancy.
Excess
Baggage: Luggage weight is limited to 50lbs
per person. Excess baggage (over 50lbs) is charged at
$2.00 per pound. If we cannot accommodate the extra
baggage in the same aircraft an additional charter will
be charged.
Cancellation
Policy: Deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE
and NON-TRANSFERABLE to subsequent years. As dates booked
are reserved for you, no refund will be made of payments
or transfers to subsequent years. If space and availability
permits we would be happy to credit your deposit and
payments towards another trip within the same year.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly suggest the purchase of travel
insurance, which can be obtained through Webber's
Lodges.
Hunting
Regulations: An orange vest and hat are mandatory
for all big game hunters. Waterfowl
hunters are required to use steel shot only.
A
wounded big game animal will be considered a kill at
the descretion of the guide and/or outfitter.
 You
are allowed to bring 5kgs (4 boxes) of shells into Canada
with you. We have a large variety of shotgun shells
available at camp.
Dymond Lake Lodge and mini Lodge rates include your
airfare via chartered airlines to and from the Lodge
on specific scheduled dates. These days are prearranged
by Dymond Lake with Charter Services. Any individual
whose connections do not meet with the charter at the
scheduled time will be financially responsible for the
cost of the additional chartered aircraft to reach the
Lodge. Any individual who chooses to voluntarily arrive
or depart camp on dates other than prearranged travel
dates, will be responsible for any additional fees for
charter incurred. Individual is financially responsible
for reserved dates of hunting.
Dymond Lake Lodge, which makes every effort to serve
guests assumes no responsibility or liability for any
political, meteorological, climatic, or other event,
or for the services of transportation companies, contractors
or other principals for which Dymond Lake Lodge acts
as agents. Dymond Lake Lodge assumes no responsibility
for travel delays due to weather, strikes, or transportation
companies for which Dymond Lake lodge acts as agents.
