Your deposit
is due at the time of making your reservation.
A request for final payment will be sent out prior
to the due date. Final payment is due 90 days prior
to your departure and can be paid by cheque or credit
card.
Important Trip Information:
Once final payment has been received you will receive
an information package regarding your trip details.
This package will include such things as our ‘What
to Bring’ list, luggage tags, and the firearms
declaration form.
Day BEFORE your trip dates:
You will need to be in Winnipeg (goose), Thompson (moose) or Churchill (caribou),
Manitoba the evening prior to your departure into
the lodge.
We can have our travel agent contact
you directly and help you with all your travel needs,
or if you prefer your own travel agent please verify
with us the dates and times you need to be in Churchill.
For your overnight in Thompson or Churchill,
we recommend the Days Inn or Aurora Inn, which can also be arranged
through our travel agent or yours.
A Webber’s Lodges Adventure
Specialist will meet you upon your arrival in Thompson or Churchill,
get you checked into your hotel and settled for the
evening.
Your Trip To The Lodge:
Your departure into the lodge will be at 7:00 a.m.
the next morning.
Our Adventure Specialist will pick you up at your
hotel, deliver you to the airport or floatplane base
and see you off on the start of your adventure.
Return Trip For Home:
On your final day you will pack up and depart the
lodge in the morning.
Our Adventure Specialist will be in Thompson or Churchill to
meet you and assist you in checking in for your return
home. Your flight home should be booked for an early
evening flight (around 7:00pm).
